FREE MASTERCLASS FOR SENIOR WOMEN AT A THRESHOLD
The Awakening
You've built something impressive on paper. And you can't stop asking yourself if this is really it.
A free live masterclass for senior women who are done performing “fine”.
Friday 18th September. 1pm. Replay available for 72 hrs.
“I'd won an industry award and I was still sitting there asking myself why anyone would hire me. Six months after starting this work, I had new role, with higher pay, building my own team from scratch and reporting to the C-Suite."
Director, Financial Services
You're not here because your career is falling apart.
You're here because it isn't, and that's almost worse.
Because from the outside it looks exactly right. The title. The salary. The credibility you've spent fifteen years building. And somewhere in the last year, maybe longer, you've started asking a question you can't quite say out loud yet.
Is this it?
Not dramatically. Not in crisis. Just persistently, in the car on the way home and in the thirty seconds before you open your laptop in the morning and at 3am when you should be asleep.
Is this actually it?
You haven't told anyone because you're not sure you're allowed to want something different when what you have looks like what other people are working toward. And you make a good salary in a tough job market, so you tell yourself you just have to be grateful.
You’re so sick of being grateful.
And because saying it out loud makes it real. And because you don't actually know what the answer is, which makes the question feel impossible to act on.
So you keep doing the next sensible thing. The next application. The next project. The next thing that looks like forward motion but feels an awful lot like standing still.
That's not a character flaw. It's not ingratitude. It's not a midlife crisis.
It's what happens when a woman has been building a career based on decisions she made fifteen years ago and has never stopped to ask if it's still what she actually wants.
The Awakening is where that stops.
CLIENTS INCLUDE
If it sounds familiar, it might also look like this.
Nobody keeps ignoring the same daydream for three years unless the daydream is telling them something.
You've checked what the mortgage actually needs, not what your salary covers, what it actually needs. You've done the redundancy maths, just to see, with a quiet dash of hope that the next round of layoffs will make the decision for you. You've googled the retraining, or the business, or the thing you keep coming back to, and then closed the tab before anyone could see what you were looking at.
You've caught yourself in the daydream, the one where you're doing something completely different and something in your chest feels lighter than it has in years, and then called yourself unrealistic and filed it away under "maybe later."
That folder is getting very full.
This isn't someone who doesn't know what she wants. This is someone who knows exactly what she wants and has been giving herself very sensible-sounding reasons not to do it for so long that the reasons have started to feel like facts.
They're not facts. They're messaging. And once you can see where they came from, everything changes.
You’re in the right room if:
→ You've hit a level of success that was supposed to feel like you’d finally made it and feels more like a question mark.
→ You keep doing the next sensible thing, the application, the updated LinkedIn, the promotion you're not sure you want but feel like you should go for, and somehow end up back at the same place.
→ You've done the coaching. You've read the books. You know why you're stuck, you've known for a while, and knowing hasn't moved anything.
→ The word that keeps coming up when you're honest with yourself isn't tired or stressed or burned out. It's hollow. And you don't know what to do with that because hollow doesn't show up on any performance review and it doesn't have a solution you can put in a spreadsheet or find an easy answer to on google.
→ You're the main earner, or close to it, and the financial stakes feel too high to risk on a feeling, even one that won't go away.
→ You have people depending on you, which is precisely why you keep putting this at the bottom of the list, which is precisely why it keeps getting louder.
→ You're not looking for someone to tell you to quit. You're looking for someone to help you figure out what you actually want without burning down the life you've worked so hard to build.

Here's what changes in the room.
This isn't a webinar. It's not a taster session. It's not 75 minutes of content followed by a pitch dressed up as a bonus.
It's the first step of the real work.
You'll leave with your actual desire on paper, in your own handwriting, for the first time. Not the edited version you've been comfortable sharing. The real one, the one that's been living in the tab you keep closing.
You'll understand why nothing you've tried has moved it, and it has nothing to do with your commitment, your courage, or your readiness. It has to do with a pattern that's impossible to see from inside it.
You'll see where the voice that argues every time you get close to the thing you want actually came from, and you'll understand for the first time that it was never yours.
And you'll know what the first real move is. Not the next sensible thing. The first real move.
You'll leave with more clarity than you arrived with. That's my promise, regardless of what you decide to do with it.
"I'd been finding ways to put off what I wanted for two years. Within six months of starting the work, I’d turned my dream into a reality and it all felt completely manageable. I stopped waiting to give myself permission and made it happen."
Director, Property & Planning
Hi, I’m Lauren
I know the version of stuck you're in because I lived it.
I had the brilliant years at Amazon. A record-breaking launch, a team I loved, work that felt like mine. Then I moved offices and found myself somewhere my best work went unseen. I was staring at the next promotion like it was inevitable and I realised one day that I didn't want it. Not the job, and not who I'd have to become to do it.
I knew what I wanted. I'd known for a while. I'd just been giving myself very sensible-sounding reasons not to do it.
So I did what I now teach. I saw the story I was running. I protected the money. And I crossed into something bigger.
It wasn't a leap of faith. It was the opposite. Grounded. Planned. In control. Because bigger doesn't have to mean riskier.
I've spent the last six years helping senior women do the same. Not by telling them what to do. By helping them see what they've never been able to see from inside the life they're living.
I'm a UK top-rated speaker. I've coached over 100 senior women. Ninety percent of them moved into a significantly better or more senior role within six months of us working together. Because I helped them dismantle the belief that was deciding their ceiling and gave them the strategy that actually made it happen.
My superpower is this: I can look at a woman's situation and name the pattern underneath it in a way she's never heard articulated before.
Come and find out what it does to you.
“I feel like the old me again. Back in the driving seat. All of a sudden I could see all the possibilities.”

You already know that. That's why you're still here.
You can close this tab and add it to the folder of things you're going to sort out later. Or you can give it 75 minutes and find out what's actually been keeping you here, in this version of your career, asking the same question.
You did everything right. You built something real. You're allowed to want it to feel different than this.
That's not ingratitude. That's not a crisis. That's someone who knows her own worth and is finally ready to stop letting someone else decide what it is.
The room is ready when you are.
