The wrong diagnosis means the wrong remedy. Which is why your confidence was never the problem….
The Misdiagnosis

I’ll show you what’s actually running your visibility and confidence challenge, and the three tools to remedy it.
Five-part video series + tools + journalling prompts + bonuses
If you've landed here, it's likely that this feels familiar…
You prepared for that meeting.
You knew your material.
And when the moment came, you apologised for what you were about to say or you asked for less than you wanted or you waited so long the moment passed and then you beat yourself up for not doing better.
You promised yourself that you'd do it differently next time.
There's always a next time. And it goes the same way.
And you've done the work. The leadership programmes, the coaching, the self-analysis that helped you understand why you do this without ever quite stopping you from doing it.
You wanted four days a week and agreed to four and a half, knowing it'll end up being five anyway.
You asked for half the pay rise you needed and told yourself you were being realistic.
You added "sorry to chase" to an email that had nothing to apologise for.
This isn’t about your capability.
The frustration is in the gap between who you are and how you keep showing up. Like a door that almost opens.
Confidence is how well you trust yourself to do a job. You have that. What's running your behaviour in that meeting, in the email you softened before you sent, in the ask you shrank before you made it? That’s not a confidence deficit. That’s conditioning.
The identity that was built early, and without your consent, was designed to keep you acceptable.
Contained.
Safe in environments that were not built for you.
It was a rational adaptation. But it’s still running, and it runs faster than your conscious brain can catch. Confidence coaching leaves that architecture entirely intact. It teaches you to perform differently while the conditioning runs underneath. That's why it doesn't stick.
The Misdiagnosis is here to show you what's actually happening. Three specific patterns running in the rooms you're already in, costing you in real, measurable ways.
And three tools that interrupt them.
Not more coping. Deprogramming.
£37. One hour. The diagnosis you've been missing.
You've spent more than £37 on the coaching that didn't stick. On the leadership programme that produced a better performance and the same underlying pattern. On the books that gave you the why without the “what now?”
This is the first thing that starts from a different premise. And the guarantee is simple: if you don't have a moment of recognition in the first thirty minutes, ask for your money back.
Join The Misdiagnosis for only £37. This kind of transformation is worth hundreds.
The risk is staying with the wrong diagnosis for another six months.
You'll know this is for you if:
You've rehearsed what you're going to say — adjusted it, softened it, second-guessed it — and then said something close to it but not quite right, and regretted it as soon it left your mouth
You asked for less than you meant to, told yourself it was strategic, and knew that wasn't really why
You've done the confidence coaching, the leadership programme, the mindset work — and the pattern came back, you blamed yourself for failing to do it perfectly enough
You build the case before you make any significant ask, anticipate every objection, prepare the defence — and have started to wonder whether this is actually thoroughness or something else
You can hold a room, and you still edit yourself before you walk in
You're exhausted by the performance of being fine, capable, and confident when what you actually want is to stop managing yourself and just be you
You're not looking for another strategy to layer on top of the ones that didn't work — you're looking for someone to tell you what's actually going on

Why I built this — and why I'm the one to teach it
I spent four years at Amazon. On paper? It sounded great.
And yet I came home most nights crumpled. Slowly, without noticing it happening, I stopped knowing I was good at my job.
When I left and started my business, I understood the theory. What I hadn't accounted for was the conditioning. Every time something started working, I found a way to pull it apart. I called it caution. It was programming. The same architecture that had run my behaviour inside those organisations followed me out of them — because I hadn't named it yet. I was still trying to build confidence over the top of something that needed to be removed.
The shift happened when I stopped trying to fix myself and started asking what had been installed — and whether I had ever agreed to it. That is a different question. And it produces a different answer. What I found is that the patterns had names, specific mechanisms, and — this is the part that changes everything — they could be interrupted. Not managed. Interrupted.
During my work I’ve come to realise how often women are told their confidence is the problem. They need to just fix how they talk, present themselves, their volume, their approachability. If they try hard enough and learn the right skill, they’ll be able to fix themselves. And I know now how rarely it’s a confidence problem, or a skills problem. It’s a misdiagnosis with a remedy that doesn’t actually solve the problem.
That's what I'm teaching in this masterclass. Not from theory but from twenty years of doing strategic work within the biggest organisations in the worl, and seven years working with women still inside them.
When you hear the three patterns named, you won't think "that sounds familiar." You'll think "Oh my god, that’s exactly what’s happening."
That recognition is where the work starts.
What shifts — and what it feels like
You walk into the Thursday morning meeting and you notice it. The calculation starting : “Is this safe to say, is this the right moment, how will this land?”
And instead of running it automatically, you see it. You name it. You make a different choice.
Not because you summoned courage or learned how to fix yourself.
Because you know what was running it, and you no longer have to obey it.
That is a deprogramming moment. It is small and it is significant. The pattern that was invisible becomes visible. And visible patterns can be interrupted.
By the end of this masterclass, you will:
have language for what has been running your behaviour — specific, accurate, not another reframe
know which of the three conditioning patterns is most dominant in your specific environment
have a tool for each pattern that you can use in the next seven days, in the rooms you're already in
understand why the previous approaches didn't stick — and feel the relief of that not being your fault

You’ve got access to five videos instantly, but you can watch them however quickly you like, as often as supports you. The tools are designed to work in the moments you're already in, not to create new demands on your time.

Because this doesn't try to build something over the top of the conditioning. It names the conditioning and gives you a tool to interrupt it. The reason previous approaches didn't stick is not that you failed to apply them — it's that they were treating a symptom. This starts with the correct diagnosis.

If you already know why the pre-editing loop fires before you speak in a high-stakes room — and how to interrupt it in real time — then probably not for you. If you've been told to "speak up more" and "be more confident" without anyone explaining the mechanism underneath, this is a different conversation.

No. Coping means managing the pattern so you can function despite it. What's in this masterclass is interruption — the difference between knowing the conditioning is running and choosing not to follow it. That's a different experience. The Power Code, which this leads into, is where you remove the architecture entirely. But the masterclass is not a coping mechanism. It's a first act of deprogramming.
