Before you go…
The Confidence Con gives you the lie you’ve been sold and the truth of what’s going on instead. It gives you a first experience of what it feels like to interrupt it.
The next step is the actual undoing. That's what The Power Code is. Not more insight about the problem. The systematic dismantling of what's been running underneath it. The work that makes the interruptions permanent, not just occasional.
If you're ready to stop managing the symptom and start on the actual treatment — find out more below.
CALLING SENIOR WOMEN IN CORPORATE READY FOR MORE
(WITHOUT BECOMING SOMEONE ELSE)
The POWER
Code
12 weeks. 10 senior women. 90% are in a better role within six months.
Not because they learned to perform better. Because they stopped.
Investment is £1,200, rising to £1,500 on 1st June. Payment plan available: £400/month × 3 before June.
You’re not the problem.
You’re just running a programme that was never designed to let you win.
Investment is £1,200, rising to £1,500 on 1st June. Payment plan available: £400/month × 3 before June.
You already know what you would say if you weren't calculating whether it was safe to say it.
You know which rooms you've been shrinking in. You know exactly why. You know the difference between what you're capable of and what you've been allowing yourself to reach for.
You've known for a while.
You probably don't call it conditioning. You call it overthinking, or imposter syndrome, or not being very good at self-promotion.
What you haven't had is someone who names it accurately. Not as a confidence issue. Not as imposter syndrome. Not as something to manage.
As programming. And what’s programmed can be deprogrammed.
The rules you've been following are irreconcilable by design.
Be direct. But don't threaten anyone's comfort.
Be ambitious. But not in a way that makes the room uncomfortable.
Take up space. But make sure everyone still likes you.
They cannot all be followed simultaneously. They were never meant to be.
They were designed to keep the room comfortable and keep you manageable — not to get you to the next level.
You've been following them with extraordinary discipline.
And that's not a character flaw. It’s how you were conditioned. And it's costing you.
On the call we'll talk about where you are right now, which pattern is costing you most, and I'll give you my second opinion on what's actually running the show — not the surface version, the real one. We can also talk about whether this is the right fit and the right time for you.
Investment is £1,200, rising to £1,500 on 1st June. Payment plan available: £400/month × 3 before June.
The problem isn't your confidence. It's the rules you’ve been told to follow.
THE REASON NOTHING ELSE HAS WORKED
You've done the assertiveness training. The executive presence workshops. You've read the books, applied the feedback, attended the sessions.
None of it touched the deeper thing.
Because it wasn't designed to.
It was designed to help you perform better inside a system that was built without considering you at all.
Confidence training doesn't dismantle conditioning. It adds more pressure on top of it.
The reason the standard fixes don't stick isn't that you didn't apply them hard enough. It's that they're treating the symptom, not the programme.
They're trying to add something to a problem that requires removal.
You don’t have a confidence problem.
You have a compliance problem. You've been following rules you didn't write, and following them so long you forgot they weren't yours.
This is what it looks like when a woman stops following the rules.
You walk into the room you’ve been bracing yourself for, and you just didn't brace.
Not because you’d rehearsed the perfect answer. Because the thing underneath the behaviour had changed.
You stopped apologising before you speak. You stopped softening emails that didn't need softening. You had the conversation you’d been circling for eighteen months.
You got the promotion. You raised your rate. You left a situation she'd been tolerating for three years.
Your ambition, by the end, was bigger than when you started. Not because someone told you to dream bigger. Because you stopped consenting to the rules that said you weren’t allowed to.
90% of women who do this work are in a better role or promoted within six months.
Not because they learned to perform better. Because they stopped performing altogether.
On the call we'll talk about where you are right now, which pattern is costing you most, and I'll give you my second opinion on what's actually running the show — not the surface version, the real one. We can also talk about whether this is the right fit and the right time for you.

Welcome to The POWER Code™
Deprogramming. Not development.
For senior women done shrinking themselves to fit.
12 weeks. A maximum of 10 senior women. No colleagues, no politics, no performance required.
This is a structured dismantling of what's been blocking you — followed by something that actually belongs to you.
Investment is £1,200, rising to £1,500 on 1st June. Payment plan available: £400/month × 3 before June.
The POWER Framework
Five phases. Twelve weeks.
PATH
You stop following the direction you were handed and identify — maybe for the first time — what you actually want. Not the edited version. Not the palatable version. The real one.
P
OWNERSHIP
The internal programming gets named, traced to its origin, and uprooted. Perfectionism, 'good girl' conditioning, performance of capability rather than the expression of it. You identify where these patterns came from, then you stop consenting to them.
O
WORTH
You claim your value without performing it. Not the confidence that needs to look a certain way, or arrive at a certain weight, or wait for one more promotion. The authority that's already there — without the mask.
W
ELEVATE
Visibility becomes strategic rather than anxious. You stop bracing before you speak. You stop replaying conversations looking for where you went wrong. You get into the rooms that matter and you stay there, without shrinking to fit.
E
RISE
New standards are held, not performed. You don't slip back because the work isn't sitting on top of old programming — it replaced it. This is where your next level becomes the default, not the exception.
R
What happens next
Meet Claire
Claire won an industry award for her brilliance, but she had still spent eighteen months tolerating a role and a leader that blocked her from progressing.
Her story was that staying was the responsible thing, that leaving might look like she ‘couldn't hack it’. In spite of years of experience, excellent results and the awards, she still kept asking herself: "why would someone hire me, there are better people out there."
The work showed her all the ways she had learned to stay stuck, gave her clarity on all the opportunities available with the right perspective. And the decision for what to do next became so obvious and so easy. A few sessions in, she started interviewing. Not long after that, she had a senior leadership role with a direct line to the COO and a mandate to build a new function from scratch.
She’s not someone who waits for permission anymore. That's the outcome. The role just came with it.
— Senior leader, financial services
Meet Emily
Emily had been in her career for years under a senior colleague who cast a long shadow, and she’d got very good at waiting. Waiting for him to move on, waiting for the right moment, waiting until she had enough confidence, enough money, enough of whatever it was that she thought she needed before she was allowed to go after what she wanted. And what she wanted for years was to develop property.
What she learned was that the waiting wasn't caution, it was her conditioning. The belief that you stay in paid employment, you don't take risks with financial security, you don't put your hand up until you're certain — delivered over decades, until she couldn't tell it from common sense.
Before we finished the work, she was on site with the first development she’d always told myself she’d ‘one day’. Not because she finally saved enough, or waited long enough, or made it safe enough, but because she stopped treating the thing she wanted as something she needed to earn the right to try.
— Director, property and planning

IT’S FOR YOU IF…
You're senior or close to it — and you know what's in the way isn't skill or experience.
You've tried the courses. They didn't touch it.
You're ready to stop asking permission — formally or informally — and lead from something that actually belongs to you.
You already know something is off. You don't need convincing. You need someone to name it accurately and show you the way through.
IT’S NOT FOR YOU IF…
You're looking for career strategy or tactical advice on how to play the game better.
You want to feel more comfortable inside a system that's conditioning you. This work challenges the conditioning — not just your response to it.
You’re not ready to lead yourself - this process requires you to walk the path, not be carried along it.
Price rises to £1,200 on 1st June. Payment plan available: £400/month × 3.
I’M LAUREN
I spent fifteen years inside the same rooms you're in, making the same calculations. I left senior roles at Amazon, Audible and Disney — not because I got more confident. Because I stopped consenting to the terms.
For seven years I've helped senior women do the same. Not by fixing them. By making the conditioning visible — and then making it impossible to go back to following it unconsciously.
90% of the women I work with are in a better role or promoted within six months. That's not a feeling. That's what happens when the programme stops running.
The next cohort starts June. Join the waitlist now.
WANT YOUR EMPLOYER TO FUND THIS?
Half of the women who join The Power Code get their employer to fund it.
This isn't asking for a favour. It's a business decision.
90% of participants improve into a better role or promotion.
They leave more confident, more visible, leading bigger teams, communicating their value.
The cost of losing a senior woman — recruitment, onboarding, lost institutional knowledge — typically runs to six to nine months of salary.
A £1,500 investment that retains and advances her isn't a development spend. It's a retention decision.
FOR ORGANISATIONS
The rules your senior women are following are costing you performance and retention.
The conditioning that causes senior women to over-qualify, under-claim, and shrink in rooms they've earned a seat in is not a personal failing. It's a systemic installation — and it doesn't respond to traditional development.
The Power Code works because it addresses the programming, not the symptom.
WHAT IT DELIVERS
90% of participants promoted within 6 months
+84% confidence, +76% visibility
+33% psychological safety, +37% inclusion
Average rating: 9/10
THREE WAYS TO INVEST
Individual seat: £1,500 (she self-selects)
Sponsored seats: employer funds 1–3 places in an open cohort
Private cohort: 6–10 women from your organisation
The cost of losing a senior woman — recruitment, onboarding, lost institutional knowledge — typically runs to 6–9 months of salary. A £1,500 investment that retains and advances her is not a development spend. It's a retention decision.
FAQs

That question itself is worth paying attention to. You can justify the holiday, the course for your team, the conference ticket. The thing you're finding harder to justify is yourself. It’s unlikely that’s a budget problem. That's the exact pattern this work addresses. And yes — half the women who join The Power Code get their employer to fund it. There's a section on the page to help you make that case.

The busyness is the pattern, not the reason to wait. The Power Code doesn't require more of your time — it changes how you use the time you already have. The women who tell me they're too busy to do this work are, almost without exception, women who are spending enormous amounts of energy managing themselves, pre-editing their contributions, and replaying conversations that are already over. That's where your time is going. Twelve weeks doesn't add to that. It starts taking from it.
-
Because this isn't coaching in the way you’re used to it. Coaching, in the standard sense, adds something — frameworks, tools, language, ways of performing differently. This removes something. The reason previous approaches didn't stick isn't that you failed to apply them hard enough. It's that they were treating a symptom. Confidence training doesn't dismantle the conditioning underneath. It puts more pressure on top of it. The Power Code starts from the correct diagnosis.

I've been doing this work for seven years, and I haven't had that conversation yet. 90% of the women I work with are in a better role or promoted within six months — not because they learned to perform better, but because the programme stopped running. If you complete the twelve weeks, show up to the sessions, and do the work — and nothing changes — I want to hear about it. Because in my experience, the women who show up don't get to the end unchanged. They get to the end and realise they couldn't go back to what they were doing before even if they tried.
